My Hats off to Indian Railways. The Ticket reservation revolution they have done is great. I have so far not heard a single complaint on the reservation system. Chennai as a whole is far behind. Being one of the four Major Cities, not much developments in infrastructure. I am seeing it as it was 20-25 years back.
